Floral Art: Makoto Azuma

Looking for a thank you gift, I thought a beautiful book of floral bouquets would have more longevity than a bunch of cut flowers, as well as being a delight to flick through under a warm blanket with a mug of cocoa.

As I searched, I saw an Encyclopedia of Flowers Part 2 by Makoto Azuma and Shunsuke Shiinoke on Amazon.

Sheer beauty. One for me: one for my friend. Job done.

Reminded of Makoto Azuma’s remarkable floral art, which I’ve featured here before, I’ve compiled a few images from Google of his work to present as a Friday afternoon floral gift to you all.

Previous posting includes; Iced Floral Bouquets and Dries Van Noten at Paris Fashion Week.

Click across to Makoto Azuma on Tumblr  or Makoto Azuma to see and read more. Hopefully, soon, someone will publish a stunning art book to showcase these stunning floral creations.

Happy weekend.
