Hands up. I’m a *fangirl*. Pierpaulo Piccioli at Valentino is a maestro at the top of his game. I sit. I watch. I gasp and even cry. He had me at that first hat.
He is the Roger Federer of the Fashion world. Master of every stroke of style.
Colour, monochrome, plain, patterned, long, short, day, night, lace, silk, collar and cuff. The full Monty. Three Sixty degrees.
Juxtaposing luxe with casual, exquisite detail with simplicity, the entire collection is all about flair and grace for seriously stylish grown ups living fabulous lives.
Sure, that’s not the reality for most of us, but neither are we actually the greatest tennis player of all time, are we? Doesn’t stop us admiring, applauding and adoring the consummate artist as he displays all his skills for our pleasure.
To enjoy peak Pierpaulo Piccioli, soak in the breathtaking beauty captured in images, here, of some of my favourites from the Valentino Spring 2018 Couture show. For more, see the full Collection, download the Vogue Runway App.
Or, to really appreciate the artistry of his style and design, even more stunning in motion, do watch the YouTube video of the Valentino Spring 2018 Couture show, last Image below.
If I had the £££, I’d be spending them on Pierpaulo Piccioli’s Valentino collections.
Sumptuously Serious Style ✨
