Winter white from Gareth Pugh. Love it.
Wrap a model in – what looks like – baco-foil and yet, still, be … fabulous? Oh, yes. It’s my favourite designer of this decade: Gareth Pugh, F/W 2014. Sy-Fy. Game of Thrones. Drama, darling? Way out there 21stC …
Not much bacofoil showing here on +Black because my favourite looks are these lovely wrap-able furry items – get what I did there? Wrap-able? I’m thinking wheelchair wrappings, baby … though not sure the hats are too compatible with wheelchair headrests. Those snuggly high collars would do me just fine tho’ – let no one say GP is unwearable. Fat, thin, slightly weird shapes – wrap it all, honey, swathe and smile. GP if you have the £££; use your imagination, if not.
If you click across to my fave fashion site: Fashionising, at Gareth Pugh Runway, there’s lots more to see including the bacofoil if that might be your thing. No Youtube video yet but am sure that will be worth looking out for.
Any of you as much of a GP *sqee-girl* as I am?
PS This collection already impelled me to my fave new (for me) thing – doodling on my iPad. Easy to see which of the looks below inspired me on first viewing:
