Earlier this week, I was all for jetting off to New York to see Dale Chihuly.
Today, my place of destination would be Paris: Les Musée de Arts Décoratifs, to be precise, where I would be heading, tout-suite, towards the recently opened exhibition: Christian Dior, Designer Of Dreams, on from 5 July 2017 – 7 January 2018.
Celebrating the House of Dior at 70 – with an accompanying book, a copy of which will be winging its way to me on the publication date, 20 July 2017 – the exhibition is the first to celebrate the House of Dior, in France, for thirty years.
There are some 300 gowns on display, with designs by both Dior and all of the creative directors who succeeded him: Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré, John Galliano, Raf Simons, and, currently, Maria Grazia Chiuri.
The exhibition explores the thematic history of the House and its close ties to the decorative arts world, click here to read, and see more.

Looks fabulous, no? And, definitely worth a visit if you are in Paris this year. Do let me know your views, should you manage to attend.
