I really am too hot to move right now – extreme heat and chronic neurological illnesses do not, generally, co-exist happily together – and, struggling with the discomfort, I am definitely not in my happy place, space or wearing my happy face.
So, maxing out my capabilities today, I continue to catch up on my reading and scroll through the Haute Couture collections of the past week and here, ta da, some fabulous Valentino from designer, Pierpaulo Piccioli.
In contrast to the fluff of Giambattista, the swing of Dior, Valentino is all about simple austerity of line and form allied with exquisite fabrics and craftsmanship.
Definitely my choice for personal style, if lifestyle and finance would only permit.
