Two of the most creative and fun collections of all the fashion weeks for Fall 2018 were those of Rei Kawakubo at Comme des Garçons PFW RTW Fall 2018 and Noir Kei Ninomiya PFW RTW Fall 2018.
I found it impossible not to smile at the frills, flounces, masks and insane gaiety allied with a smorgasbord of forward fashion thinking.
